Description
A homeowners' association invites tenders for the replacement of lift equipment in four 12-storey buildings.
Scope of work:
- removal of 14 life-expired lifts;
- supply and installation of new 630 kg cars;
- replacement of guide rails and winches;
- installation of remote monitoring feeding a control desk;
- registration with the technical supervision authority.
Work proceeds one entrance at a time, with each lift out of service for no more than 21 days. A licence for installing lifting equipment is required.
