Frequently asked questions

Publishing a tender on Foydada is free. A fee applies only to a completed safe deal: 1% for the platform and 1% for the bank. The buyer’s payment is held in a bank account and released to the supplier once both sides confirm the work is done.

Sign up, create a company profile and fill in the tender form: category, region, price, bid deadline and description. A draft is visible only to you — the tender enters the catalogue once you press “Publish”.

An account is enough to respond to a tender and start a conversation with the buyer. A company profile is required only to publish your own tenders.

The tender automatically becomes inactive and leaves the catalogue — no action is needed on your side. If you extend the bid deadline, the tender returns to the catalogue within about a minute.

On the tender page press “Respond” — a real-time chat with the buyer opens. The contact phone is also shown in the contacts block if the buyer allows direct calls.

Foydada is an information platform. The contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the contractor, and the parties bear all obligations themselves. We help you find each other and keep the conversation history.

A review can be left only after both parties have confirmed that the deal on a specific tender is complete. One participant leaves one review per tender, so the rating cannot be inflated.

You can attach up to four files in PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS or XLSX format, up to 10 MB each — typically the technical specification, the cost estimate and the draft contract.

Yes, the price field is optional. However, tenders with a stated budget receive noticeably more responses — it is easier for a contractor to judge whether the job fits.

The interface is available in Russian, English and Uzbek. A tender must be filled in in Russian, while the English and Uzbek versions are optional: if they are missing, the visitor sees the Russian text.
