Implementation of an electronic document management system

A vendor is being selected to implement an electronic document management system for an organisation with 480 employees and 11 regional branches.

Project tasks:

• survey of current processes and preparation of procedures;
• deployment of the EDMS on the customer's own infrastructure;
• configuration of 27 approval routes and a role-based access model;
• integration with the HR system and corporate mail;
• connection of digital signatures;
• training for four administrators and 60 key users.

Operation without internet access between branches and data storage inside Uzbekistan are mandatory. At least three implementations of comparable scale are required. Twelve months of technical support after go-live are included in the price.
