Grounds maintenance for an industrial estate

The management company of an industrial estate is looking for a contractor to maintain 24 hectares of grounds.

Scope of services:

• mechanised sweeping of 11 km of roadways;
• manual cleaning of pavements and yards;
• removal of up to 90 m³ of solid waste per month;
• lawn care and shrub pruning;
• snow clearing and anti-icing treatment in winter.

Machinery and consumables are the contractor's responsibility. The contract runs for 12 months with a monthly completion certificate.
