Construction of a 220-place kindergarten in Karshi

A contractor is being selected for the construction of a 220-place preschool in Karshi, Yangi Shahar district. The building has two storeys and a total area of 2,850 m².

Scope of work:

• substructure and cast-in-place frame;
• external walls and 1,480 m² of roofing;
• utilities: heating, water supply, sewerage and low-voltage systems;
• interior finishing of 14 group rooms, the kitchen block and the medical unit;
• site landscaping, playgrounds and planting.

The design and cost documentation has passed expert review and is handed over to the winner. A construction licence, a proven record of at least two completed social facilities and owned machinery are required. A 30% advance is available; final settlement follows commissioning.
