Description

A contractor is required for the façade renovation of a five-storey administrative building.

Scope of work:

  • removal of the existing finish — 3,600 m²;
  • 100 mm mineral wool insulation;
  • installation of a ventilated porcelain stoneware façade;
  • replacement of 340 m² of ground-floor curtain glazing;
  • installation of architectural lighting.

The building stays in use throughout, so work also takes place in the evenings and at weekends. A method statement covering the use of scaffolding is required.
