Supply of frozen convenience food for a café chain

A quick-service café chain is buying frozen convenience food for six months, with weekly shipments to 23 outlets across Khorezm and Karakalpakstan.

Range and volumes:

• frozen manti and samsa — 28 tonnes;
• beef cutlets and lyulya — 19 tonnes;
• puff and yeast dough — 11 tonnes;
• flash-frozen vegetable mixes — 6 tonnes.

Requirements: an unbroken −18 °C cold chain along the whole route with a temperature logger, at least 70% of shelf life remaining on delivery, and a conformity certificate plus laboratory test report for each batch. Delivery is by the supplier's own refrigerated vehicles twice a week. Payment is made fortnightly against accepted delivery notes.
