Cybersecurity awareness training for staff

A corporate information security training provider is required for 320 employees, including 40 people from the IT department.

Programme:

• a basic course for all staff — eight academic hours;
• an advanced module for IT specialists — 24 hours;
• two controlled phishing simulations with results debriefed;
• an incident response workshop for department heads;
• final testing and the issue of certificates.

Sessions are delivered in person in Tashkent and online for regional units, with materials in Russian and Uzbek. A closing report is provided, grouping employees by risk level with recommendations. Trainers must hold recognised industry certifications and have experience with financial sector organisations.
