Cleaning services for a class A business centre

The management company of a class A business centre in Tashkent is looking for a contractor to provide full cleaning services for one year.

Services included:

• daily cleaning of 19,600 m² of office space;
• servicing of 14 washroom blocks including consumable refills;
• cleaning of a 240-space underground car park twice a week;
• rope-access washing of 7,800 m² of façade glazing four times a year;
• a day shift of six people during working hours.

Staff work from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00, with the day shift covering office hours. Consumables and professional chemicals with safety certificates are supplied by the contractor. Trained rope-access technicians with valid certificates and personal accident insurance are required.
