Major renovation of school No. 142 in Tashkent

We are looking for a contractor for the major renovation of school No. 142 in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district. The scope covers three buildings totalling 4,200 m².

Scope of work:

• replacement of 1,600 m² of flat roofing;
• 214 PVC windows with double-glazed units;
• replacement of heating and water supply systems;
• interior finishing of classrooms and corridors;
• landscaping of the adjoining area.

Design and cost documentation is handed over to the winner. Works must be completed before the school year begins. A construction licence and at least three comparable projects are required.
