• company verification and anti-money-laundering checks — jointly with the financial partner;
• settling payments and resolving disputes;
• security and fraud prevention;
• compliance with the law.

3. Sharing

Data may be shared with the financial partner (a bank or payment institution) for settlement and verification, and with public authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Retention and protection

Data is retained for as long as the processing purposes and the law require. We apply organisational and technical safeguards: encryption in transit, restricted access, and action logging. Verification documents are stored in a private location outside any public directory and are released only to the company owner and the operator through an authorised link.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, within the limits allowed by law and financial-monitoring requirements. Some data — about completed deals and payments — is retained for accounting and dispute purposes.
